What is an experiential learning?
Experiential learning refers to a cycle of learning, in which you experience something, reflect on it, and apply it. These three main steps always happen in real life, when you experience a new relationship, you will reflect on the signs that you think your partner finds interesting, you then apply them within the relationship and see what happens. This cycle goes on and on and while so, you will learn how to treat your partner. Learning something in theory will engage your conscious parts of the brain, while experiential learning can engage all parts of your brain including deep emotions, that is why Experiential learning is deeply effective and powerful, yet sometimes you may go through hard experiences to learn or it is not easy to find a proper experience for learning.
